These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of armadi.in and the personal style analysis service (the "Service") operated by West England Company Pte Ltd ("Armadi", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore.
By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Armadi provides personalised style analysis. You purchase a report, upload photographs and information about yourself through our intake form, and we prepare a personalised report covering areas such as colour, proportion, fit, wardrobe, shopping, skincare, and style principles, delivered to your private online account.
Reports are prepared using a combination of established style frameworks, artificial intelligence analysis, and review by our team.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over. If you upload photographs of another person, you confirm that they are 18 or over and that you have their consent.
You need an account to access your report. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Prices are shown on the Service and are charged as one-time payments. There is no subscription.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.
You authorise us to charge the applicable fees for the report and any add-ons or options you select.
We may change our prices from time to time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
We aim to deliver standard reports within approximately three weeks of receiving your completed intake. A priority option, where offered, aims to deliver sooner. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with demand and the completeness of the information you provide.
You retain ownership of the photos and information you provide.
You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to prepare and deliver your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo you submit, and that any other person shown has consented and is 18 or over.
You must not upload unlawful, explicit, or infringing content. We may decline to process, and may remove, any content that breaches these Terms.
Each report is bespoke, personalised work created specifically for you using your own photos and information, and prepared once you place your order.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds once your report has been delivered. However, your satisfaction matters to us: if you believe something is not right with your report, contact us at hello@armadi.in within 7 days of delivery and we will review it and work with you to put it right. Any resolution is provided at our reasonable discretion.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot legally be excluded.
Armadi provides style, image, and general guidance for informational purposes only. It reflects established frameworks and informed analysis, not professional, medical, dermatological, psychological, nutritional, or financial advice.
Any skincare, wellbeing, posture, or lifestyle suggestions are general guidance only and are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Before starting any new skincare regimen, supplement, exercise programme, or making health-related changes, consult a doctor or appropriate professional.
Our recommendations are based on the photos and information you provide; their usefulness depends on the quality and accuracy of what you share.
We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or benefit. Style is subjective, and individual results will vary.
You acknowledge that your report is generated in part using third-party artificial intelligence services that process your photos and information on our instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, its content, design, frameworks, and the format of your report are owned by us or our licensors. Your individual report is provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, upload prohibited content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
