This Privacy Policy explains how West England Company Pte Ltd ("Armadi", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use armadi.in and our personal style analysis service (the "Service").
We operate from Singapore. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

The Service is operated by West England Company Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.
Information you provide:
Account information — your name and email address, handled through our authentication provider when you create an account.
Photographs — the photos you upload of yourself (or, where you have their consent, of another person) for the purpose of your style analysis. These may include images of your face and body.
Intake information — details you share about age range, gender, height, build, lifestyle, climate, goals, preferences, budget, and any concerns you choose to tell us.
Payment information — processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Communications — any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically:
Basic technical and usage data (such as device, browser, and pages visited) to operate and secure the Service.
Advertising measurement — if you accept cookies on our site, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel in your browser to measure how our ads perform. When you complete a purchase, we also send a corresponding purchase event to Meta via their Conversions API so we can attribute paid orders to our advertising, even when checkout happens on our payment provider's hosted page. We do not send your raw email to Meta — it is hashed before transmission. You can decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner; purchase reporting may still occur on a legitimate-interest basis to measure ad effectiveness.
We use your information only to:
Create, prepare, and deliver your personalised style report;
Provide you access to your report through your private account portal;
Process your purchase and provide customer support;
Communicate with you about your order and report;
Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service;
Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or personal information for advertising, and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
We treat your photos with particular care. Specifically:
Your photos are used solely to produce your style report and for no other purpose.
Your photos are stored privately, with access restricted to authorised Armadi personnel who need them to prepare your report. A member of our team may view and handle your photos as part of preparing your analysis.
To generate the analysis, your photos are processed by trusted third-party artificial intelligence providers (see Section 5). These providers process your photos on our instructions to produce your report.
Your photos are never sold, never shared for any purpose other than producing your report, and never used to train any artificial intelligence model.
Your photos are permanently deleted within 7 days of your report being delivered to you.
If you have uploaded photos of another person, you confirm that you have that person's consent to do so, and that they are aged 18 or over.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Service. They process your information only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service:
Artificial intelligence providers — to generate your style analysis from your photos and intake information. We currently use Anthropic (Claude). As the Service grows we may also use other providers such as Google (Gemini) or OpenAI; where we do, they are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and your photos are never used to train their models.
Authentication provider — to manage account sign-in securely.
Hosting and storage providers — to host the Service and store your data securely.
Payment provider — to process payments.
Email provider — to send you service-related communications.
Some of these providers are located outside Singapore, which means your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection.
Photographs — deleted within 7 days of your report being delivered.
Your report and intake information — retained in your account so you can access your report over time. You may ask us to delete these (see Section 8).
Account and transaction records — kept for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricted access, secure storage, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access the personal information we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your information;
Withdraw consent where we rely on it;
Object to or restrict certain processing.

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
